This man has been homeless for years.
Here safe under lighted, North side, Railroad underpass on a busy street,
March 31, 2007.
He has been on a waiting list for a SRO unit 9 years.
With much fanfare, the City has opened a new facility in effort to deal with
Problem of the Homeless. (?)
